The Ranch House

Killarney's premier steakhouse — firelight, vaulted beams, and the channel out every window.

The kitchen

Steak by firelight

Inside the world's largest log-built house, The Ranch House serves expertly crafted cuts and a considered wine wall beneath vaulted beams — led by Head Chef Hanna Jo Clemens, whose kitchen also carries every wedding, gala and boardroom dinner in the building. On Sundays, the room turns over to a long, unhurried brunch.

Captain's Quarters

One long table for twelve, wrapped in glass wine walls — rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, deal-closing dinners. Prefer the kitchen-side seat? The Chef’s Table Room hosts six to ten for a five-course menu by the Executive Chef, with no room charge.
