Canada House · Meetings & Retreats
The off-site your team will still talk about at the next off-site.
The case for Killarney
Some ideas will not surface in a hotel ballroom beside an airport. Canada House sits at the end of Highway 637, where a fishing village meets a provincial park — an hour from Sudbury, four from Toronto, and far enough from both that people close their laptops and talk. Thirteen spaces, one chef-driven kitchen, and a bay that does the icebreaking for you.
The rooms
Granite Ridge Hall seats a 250-person plenary beneath forty-foot trusses; eight breakout rooms — named for local legends like the Group of Seven and the Card Room — take the working sessions. Every space carries modern audiovisual gear — Crestron AirMedia wireless presentation, projector and screen, a mobile presentation podium and a gooseneck mic — and our on-site team handles setup, staging and support.

The Corporate Day
Chef-catered, morning to night
The agenda
The kitchen behind The Ranch House steakhouse caters your day from first coffee to final toast. Menus flex to your agenda — working lunches that keep the room moving, or a long dinner that lets it breathe.
Included, at no charge
Every delegate is a resort guest. Bookings of fifty or more receive a complimentary breakout room for twenty.
Team building, priced
Guided, on-site, and cheaper than a round of lattes back home.
The overnight
Multi-day retreats stay on the property — waterfront cabins, executive suites and lodge rooms a short walk from the meeting rooms. Evenings end with saunas, firepits and live music in the lounge, and mornings start with mist on the channel instead of a commute.
Questions
Executive boards of ten to conferences of two hundred and fifty. Five large halls carry the plenary sessions; eight breakout rooms take the rest.
Every meeting space runs Crestron AirMedia wireless presentation with modern displays and sound, and our on-site team handles setup and support so your agenda never waits on a cable.
By road it's about an hour from Sudbury and four from Toronto via Highway 637. Boaters tie up at the lodge marina on the Killarney Channel, and a village airstrip serves small aircraft. Motorcoach groups are welcome.
That's our favourite format — meetings by day, team building and firelit dinners by night, with the whole group sleeping on the property.
